Artist Rule Book
This is a Rule Book in the Making, Rules are Subject to ChangeI. Planning
~ Artist’s must first be approved by the Head Admin and only the Head Admin.
~ Once approved, the artist must give the Head Admin all possible forms of Commissions they offer. And examples of those works.
II. Journals
~ Head Admin and other Admins are the only ones permitted to make journals, but must be first approved by the Head Admin.
~ Journals will include type of commissions being offered with examples and how many will be offered.
~ A link to the Google Form will be present. (However if they choose they can have the form so the customers just comment on the journal)
~ It is artists choice to make it themselves or to have the Head Admin make it.
~ All artists are required to have a journal that had the list in order of current free commissions and a journal about their commissions and whatever else they want to add.
III. Rules
~ Please don’t take more commissions then you can handle.
~ Although you do not have a time limit please do not take 6 months to finish your commissions.(figuratively speaking)
~ Artists must provide an update of a commission if a customer asks to see it.
~ Depending on the demand you may possibly have to change you work around when they see a photo update.
~ It is artists choice on which why they would like to be contacted. (Examples: Email, FA, FB) Only condition is your customer must have that mean of contact with the artist also.
~ Scraps tab may only be used, to show the customer and update on their commission. It is not meant for final works or personal pieces of art.
IV. Your Rights
~ If you are being harassed contact the Head Admin
~ You have the right to not offer free commissions whenever you want. However if you already have a list of people to make art for you must finish them first, before stepping down from doing commissions.
~ You have the right to decline anyone of a commision. (unless you have already told them you would commission them. This rule is flexible if you are being harrassed by someone who commissioned you, you can decline any piece you've started with a giving excuse to head admin.
