Since the meds changed five days ago, my sleep schedule got fixed - but that costed my time.
I'm feeling drowsy to the point of sleeping over my laptop, not even drawing or doing nothing much either...

Hang in there. Depending on the meds, you might have a few weeks before you notice any promising results, so you'll just be dealing with side effects until then most likely. I'm going through the same situation.
