A slight change to adoptable TOS

I have decided to make a change to my adoptable ToS, to more specifically included trading and gifting: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/5887907/

The first change, that you may sell adopts you received in a trade but ONLY equal to the price of works YOU have commissioned.
For example, if A bought an adopt, commissioned a piece of art, then traded it to B, B may only trade this adopt in the future, regardless of money spent on it by previous owners. However, if B later bought art of this adopt, they can then sell it for the price of that commission, or trade it/gift it.
The same applies for adopts of mine you received from me in trades.
The second change, regards any gifted adoptables. If I or another person gifts you one of my adopts, please do not sell/trade it. It is unfair to the giver, as well as myself. Please, any adopts you receive as a gift, only give away as a gift yourself.
I understand policing these policies is difficult, and I do not have the time to go around checking everything everyone does with my designs.
These changes are placed in faith and hopes of respect from my customers and supporters.
If for any reason you find these terms unreasonable, please do not purchase or take designs from me.
If I find my ToS broken in any way, please understand that you may result in being blacklisted depending on the offense.

i actually didnt realise that wasnt in your tos before like tbh one would figure its common sense?!
But yeah, the ToS had been copy-pasted from adopts I used to post for sale, before I had a separate ToS page.
Now that I've sold/gifted a few things, I really figured it needed to be said... Even if I think it is just a common sense/decency sort of thing.
