Game Review: Suikoden Teirkreis

mintfoxAnother year..another Suikoden..but this time for the DS!
The beginning of the game opens up with the hero of the 108 Stars of Destiny fighting who is probobly the final boss.....except...everyone dies.
So now you play as another hero or perhaps the same one (I'm close to the end but not enough for spoilers). You don't exactly get one the 27 True Runes but you get what's called the "Mark of the Stars" which is one rune that can use several types of spells depending on the character. The main antagonists are The Order of the One True Way and the leader The One King. Who are under the impression everything is predestined and the future is already written for every person.....NATURALLY the main character disagrees and defies this law.
For fans of the series it's a good refresher and a nice taste of more Suikoden to come. I just wish they'd fucking tie some loose ends on the storyline altogether. But one this is now brought about and thats the existence of other worlds...something called "The Infinity" that connects countless worlds together like the world of Wings and Scales and the World of Emptiness. (For those who know what i'm talking about)
