Terms of Service:
By Sending Payment over PayPal in the form of "GOODS AND SERVICES" for the exchange of services from me, you here by Agree to these following terms of service.
All "Friends and Family" Transactions will be treated like a donation and your ability to attain any refund Voided.
Removal of my signature or Watermarks from any of my products will have legal action take upon you.
You are the owner of the end product and may use it as you see fit, while containing my signature and watermarks.
HOWEVER if it is mass printed, produced, or used for an advertisement, or company logo: I will require 20% profits the life time of the company and production of items bearing my products, deigns, artwork, or signature.
I must be given at lest half payment before I begin the process.
I will not start on the project till after Paypal processes the full payment.
You must be willing to collaborate over Discord o r Telegram. [UPDATED10/08/2023]
You must include "COMMISSION" in the subject title of the note for me to notice it.
You must complete the FORM I send you. Failure to do so will have your commission request denied! [Updated 8/7/2024]
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without an explanation.
I promise to complete accepted commissions to the best of my current ability.
All sales for traditional art have a shipping fee that is not included in the advertised prices.

Please understand depending on the art it could take up to 6 months for completion.
If there are complications that extend that wait time I will always communicate them.
I DO NOT DRAW
Cubs or Diapers/ABDL.
Bestiality.
Scat.
Vomit.
Copyrighted characters that do not belong to you.
This means I do not do commissioned Trademarked Content {Examples: Disney or Blizzard} fan art.
Exception to the rule is your OC as a member of that world.
I will not draw other characters from that given world.
REMEMBER YOU ARE PURCHASING MY ART WORK.
THIS MEANS IN MY STYLE, I WILL NOT DRAW IN ANY OTHER STYLE UNLESS IT AN INSPIRED STYLIZED YCH
REFUNDS:
You may request a 50% Refund up until I complete the line art on colored commissions.
You may request a 50% Refund on line art at any point.
If I or you refuse to complete the project, thus I refund you; your art will not be completed and you will receive a 50% refund.
All refunds make any progress null and void.
Posting said art or having someone else finish the sketches after a refund will result in legal action being taken,
and being blacklisted for future commissions.
