That moment when you go back to an artist to ask if you can commisson them; and they take forever to get back to you and ALL the YCHs of the kind you are interested in go up. The problem being you are not a furry working in ITso you can't just splurge money like it is going out of fashion.

Mmhmm... Especially with YCH auctions tending to easily reach the $100USD mark. Sure it's great for artists to make money... But at the same time it really puts a lot of people that would otherwise like to get artwork at a reasonable price unable to get artwork.
