I believe if you're in beta, then you're subject to live updates so things are apt to come and go.

Yeah, It's just jarring when things disapear

Not using the beta view but I also had those experiences.
Sometimes the reply-to-others function was different, sometimes the select-all buttons disappear or get blocked by my adblock-plugins because they are connected with google-ads or other clickbait-ads xD
