Two spaces available for Anthrocon 2015

I don't normally do this sort of thing but it's to help out a friend who's budget is tight plus it'd be a nice ease on my pocketbook too.
I have 2 spots open for my room at AC15.
I'm at the Westin from July 8-13 in a Traditional King (one bed) and no smoking, vaping is ok (I'm a vape-head too lol).
Room cost: 865usd w/ taxes-n-fees
Split 3ways = 288.33usd
Split 4ways = 216.25usd
You can see why it'd be nice to have 4 but that's my max. (however, exceptions MIGHT be made for a 5th (I.E; if the '4th' person is coupled/engaged, your spouse would be welcome too))
Rules (what... thought there weren't any?)
1. No parties, period!!! The both of us are mellow and laid-back type. Drinking and socializing is ok but the moment it starts getting loud is when I pull the plug.
2. No strangers unless I know about it. I want no risk of theft and collateral damages.
3. Respect other's property. This is a zero tolerance peeve of mine and will get you booted from the room if violated.
4. Enjoy the con; don't be a downer or killjoy =)
Payment:
I accept any form of payment you could possibly throw at me (Challenge... accepted!).
If you want the room then there is a 30% down-payment to secure your spot or you can pay in full if you're certain you're going. If you opt for downpayment option, your active remaining balance is due at anytime afterwards until the con but must be paid in full at the time of your arrival, not a day later; again, any payment accepted.
Do you pro-rate?:
Short answer; yes
If you don't arrive until a day or two after, then you only pay for what nights you stay. So the above pricing info may be null to you if this will be your situation.
What if it's just 3 of us, I paid in full, but then a 4th person joins?
I'd refund you the difference if applicable.
Do you give full refunds?
Yes and no
Yes; full refund if you back out well in advance, downpayment/deposit included.
No; if it's less than 3wks till arrival times. Downpayment/deposit will not be refunded.
I think I've covered everything; so ja, if you're interested just contact me via text and [u]PLEASE for the love of everything holy[/u], state who you are and your business, otherwise I'm liable to just chuck the message into the bin!
