Vilali’s Terms of Service

By commissioning me and sending me payment, you accept these TOS and my rules stated on any submission related to the piece commissioned. You may not use the piece(s) I give you to make profit, unless it is something agreed on ahead of time. If you break of the terms in this document, I reserve the right to use the product, design, etc. as I please. This may include reselling or reposting the product.

Payment:
 I only accept Payment via Paypal.
 I will not start your piece(s) until payment is received.
 I live in the US, therefore I only accept USD.

Refunds:
 I do not give refunds unless it is offered or there is an extreme case.

WIP:
 I tend to send WIP’s but I reserve the right to change this service at any time.
 I will contact you with questions. If you do not respond I will jump to the next person in my queue until I can continue with the piece.

File:
 I do not save files once the work has been completed, uploaded, and sent. If you lose it, this is your own fault.
 I will not send you my work file.

Your Rights:
 Upon completion you will receive a file. The file type(s) depends on the commission type.
 You may upload it only after I have uploaded mine to the proper websites.
 You may not remove my signature.
 You must credit me and or whoever the base artist is.

Personal Rights:
 I reserve the right to use the piece(s) in a portfolio.
 I reserve the right to decline your order.
 I reserve the right to not work on a deadline and take as long as I wish within a reasonable amount of time.
 I reserve the right to cancel your commission in the middle of it based on behavior. Work not completed at this time will be refunded.
 I reserve the right to work on your piece only on the weekends, as a full time student.

Collaborations:
 If I do a collab you must agree to both artist’s TOS.

I reserve the right to change my terms of service at any moment in time.

*Hours depend on how much homework I have. Sometimes I tend to not work on weekdays.
**Hours depend on my hours at my actual job.
