Q: Will you do discounts if I have a batch of pictures I want to get?
A: It depends. The amount of pictures, the type, and the original total cost all influence whether I will consider a discount.
Q: How long do pictures take to get completed?
A: Simpler pictures take less time. For a chibi picture, it will get done in 1-2 hours from the time I begin to work on it, whereas a ref sheet or a fully shaded picture will take more like 1-2 weeks, depending on how my queue looks.
Note! Your wait time starts from the time I begin your picture, not from the time you pay. Check the queue to see where you are!
Q: How can I tell whether you’re actively streaming or not?
A: The easiest way is to become a follower on picarto.tv. By doing this, you get an e-mail alerting you when I go online. I can’t guarantee I’ll be able to notify anyone if I decide to stream!
Q: Will you stream my picture for me?
A: I will! However, if scheduling proves to be too difficult, I will instead ask that I work on your picture whenever I’m able and send you the normal WIP pictures.
