Reboot your computer into safe mode by pressing F8 while booting into Windows.

Select Safe Mode with Command Prompt

If you get that far, you will see a black command prompt screen

In there, type: sfc /scannow and press enter.

Let it fix errors and that should hopefully fix your explorer.exe issue.

I restarted it after I did that and now its just a black screen…

Do you have access to a Windows 7 recovery disc? If not, you can burn one on a USB / DVD if you need more help

There's a startup repair option you cant try to fix explorer.exe

Never mind the black screen I got rid of that.
