We're all temps to hire too. Some of us have been there for a year + and are STILL temp to hire. No one has been hired on full time yet and he keeps pushing back the "We'll start to hire you guys full time" date.

He's going to run his company into the ground just from people quitting and no one starting. We don't live in a place with enough people to keep em' coming.

Yuck. D: My partner was at a job that did that temp to hire thing (KTH in St. Paris OH), but they NEVER hired anyone. Just kept saying they would so the turnover rate was awful. .____. I hope it gets better for you.

Not likely. A lot of factories where I live are temp to hire and my partner works 6 - 7 days a week. .___. It's just how they do.
