Well many might not know about this form but say if a Patreon creator is doing something shitty like doxing (or anything else against the TOS/law) just fill out this handy dandy form. Patreon actually does look at, review, and respond to these. After some recent shenanigans I am sure many are well aware of I figured this link may come in handy for you.
