I know from experience that unless I've slowly worked my way up to a high dose, 6g is about as much as I can take before I'm shitting through the eye of a needle!

Lest the infections in your throat and not on the back of your neck. That could be even more disastrous. Oh well, could be worse and you've been lucky so far. Can't have all of it, have to share it around sometime. :P
