I posted a similar message to this one on SoFurry and Inkbunny last year, but the problem had never really manifested on FA before. Now I'm adding it here, too, for completion's sake.

I just wanted to say, I've gotten quite a few comments on commissioned stories now, in various places, asking me if I plan to write more about those characters or continue the story or what have you. Now, I don't mind this at all when it's one of my stories, ask away on those, go nuts, but I just wanted to make sure this was clear: any story whose submission title starts with "[Commission]" is a story I was paid by someone else to write, usually featuring their characters and a basic plotline of their design. So it's possible that they could be continued, sometimes they're set up as little mini-series right from the get-go (like the little set of stories about  SilverRat's kangaroo siblings), but that would be entirely up to the commissioner, not me.

I'm not upset or anything, I just wanted to clear that up, make sure we were all on the same page. And like I said, go ahead and ask whatever you want on my own stories. I might not always have an answer, but at least I'm the guy to talk to in those cases. n_n
