NEED Reccomended PC DRAWING PROGRAMS PLEASE

Now that i can draw on my PC i will need a new reliable program Sometimes i like to be pixel perfect with things. Even do stuff like sprites. Does anyone know any good drawing programs?

Paint Tool Sai. Krita, which is free. GraphicsGale, but that's more for pixel art than drawing.
I was sent a video tutorial on how to set up Krita to do pixel art, too. I can probably dig it up if you like.
