Morphicon GIF Move - Scraps time!

The cutoff this time was 5! If a sub had 5+ faves after the 2-3 week period the GIF was up in main gallery, it stayed. The rest are in scraps now. I SO would appreciate them implementing folders. It's almost enough to make me switch to Weasyl.
