so I went back to their office with my w2's thinking that would be enough proof of income for whoever needed it. but it turns out that I also needed my 1040 tax for as well, so I print my returns off, and return to the clinic.

file the forms, pay the $5 application. and for now, it's waiting doctor's approval. then the approval of the pharmaceutical company? i suppose it is.

for for that its' up in the iar, I'm hoping i can get approval, maybe having medications for anti depressants will help me.

No IT WILL HELP ME. I've been down for so long. with everything that I've lived through. 5 major traumas. it's about time i sought medication.

I'm definitely going to continue seeing Jane my counselor. and working with Todd my chiropractor when I can. and in the mean time. Still try to work.
