Adoptable Rules:
1. Pay within 24 hours for the adopt you claim
2. Credit me for the design (at least once)
3. You may resell designs for the price you paid. You can charge more if you either a) drew art of the adopt yourself b) commissioned somebody else to draw the character.
4. I do not refund adopts once you have adopted them (no "take backs" once you have paid unless I have make a mistake with claims)
5. Holds are increments of 24/48/72 hours
Paypal Rules:
1.Seller ( I ) pays fees ( So just send the price marked )
2. Send payment as a "Goods & Service"
3. Do NOT include your shipping adress
4. Payments are in USD
Base Usage Rules:
1. You must credit me either doing CherriSummer or
cherrisummer
2. You can use this base for any kind of adoptable (points, money, draw to adopt, giveaway, etc.)
3. You can use this base for any type of personal art (character reference, gift arts, etc.)
4. You can alter the base (change eyes/expression, remove/add limbs, etc.)
5. You can't claim the base as your own.
6. You can't resell, redistribute to your friends for free or post the blank base ( There is one exception to the rule: You Use it in a collab, however you must be the one lining to use it in a collab )
7. You can't use if for chibi commissions! You are allowed to you them for customs and outfit designs, etc.
Bidding Rules:
1. Bid only with money you have
2. Do not edit or hide bids (they will be invalidated)
3. Bid in a chain
Offer to Adopt Rules:
1. Be clear with your offer
-- Good Ex: "One bust + a custom and 200 Points"
-- Bad Ex: "whatever you want/art slave for "x" amount of time/your soul"
2. Offer in the specified area (eg. "Offer for # ____ Here" )
3. If you do not complete your end in a timely manner I have the right to put the adopt up back for sale
4. Preexisting art doesn't count unless they are designs
5. Do not start unless I accept your offer
6. Please put examples of your art when offering
