I submitted my science writings and a manuscript I cowrote with two other female authors, and they all came up at 80% male lol.

I guess formal writings are very masculine.

I tried a chapter of a story I've been trying (and failing) to rewrite. Informal said weak female and formal said weak male. Fits with my genderfluid personality and European heritage, heh. Afterwards I tried it out with a random, cute text on 300 words I improvised. Informal said male, formal said weak male. "Neato", indeed! ^w^

When people are in my stream, I can generally guess their sex and age approximately. But I'm polite and ask first. Women typically converse in a more free fashion then men I've noticed.

It seems like research style papers come up as male more for me, while creative projects prove to be female styled. Wonder how this translates as far as what's considered standard format for research essays?

It should be noted that none of the texts i used are really "everyday speech", the profile text being what it is, and the youtube comments coming from "discussing" with religious fanatics, lol, but i almost always get at least slightly female on tests or quizzes and such that are about genders, so i'm not suprised. Interesting though, thanks for sharing!

XD i ran all of my journals through and my furaffinity profile and several comments ive made elsewhere on the site, and almost 100% of it comes back FEMALE, not even weak female. i wonder if this thing is dead accurate, just furries are such backwards creatures it doesnt know what the hell to make of us? ;p

Wow, it actually guessed me as female- well, 60% female, but that's better than the rest of the Internet!
Of course, I only have informal current works. Maybe this can motivate me to write something more refined just to find out what it would say about that.
