Sleep is good.

I think the most important advice I'd have is, pace yourself! Have a schedule written somewhere, whether it be a physical book, Google Calendar or a notepad text document. Have a good idea of how much work you are able to healthily handle, and take self care as necessary. It will save on burnout down the line!
