Have you ever gotten a bellyache before?

Not under normal circumstances, the only time being felt when  Glitchfluxthewolf fed him a whole crate of chocolate laced with Laxatives.
Napther hasnt got an exit to his digestive tract, as its 100% digestion. Upset the blue drakes belly...

No digestive full tract...? I don't wanna think about that too much...

Anyway, what's the largest think you've eaten?

In cannon, Has to be a Blue whale... But the humans dont need to know about that.

With Kaiju, he ate a significant amount of the universe before some sort of technology he ate anchored itself near the stomach's opening, taking a little bit of the immense power that flows through his veins (...and radiation) it. The device sends Napther to the next available parallel Universe - which always is the morning before he eats his "Earth" - while collapsing the rest and sending it over too. On the other side, Napther is back to normal with some hazy memories of eating stars, while everything else continues on as if that had never happened. These Hazy memories also prevent Napther entering an infinite loop. The device also remains in his Kaiju's stomach. Always ready to revert his glutting.

Ah, okay then.

How much can Napther eat before he gets "full"?

...Technically he is never full. He is however rather satisfied after eating an equivilant to 1-2 elephants, or large sea life. He is barely able to walk by this point. He eats these extreme quantities and that causes Napther to not require anything to eat for several days to a week afterwards... However, the temptation is there to glut even when he doesnt need to...

I expected him to not have a limit, which is why I used quotation marks around "full".

So, what's Napther's least favorite thing to eat?

Most likely something plant-based in Nature.

His absolute most hated is Lettuce, as its quite literally leaves. and eating Leaf isnt exactly fun for a mostly-carnivorous dragon...

Really? I thought he was omnivourus...

Though it is hard to eat past certain sizes...

What ear protection would you recommend for someone who is afraid of being exposed to too many napther-skreeeeonks?

I'd suggest getting some powered anti noise ear defenders. Some models play back an anti wave of the noise effectively destroying and dampening the sound as it enters your ears and not you eat drum.
