all you can do is smile and move on, even if you have to "change poses" i mean realisticly there is only so many options for poses since physical anatomy and stuff. instead of deleting your first piece I would make a YCH reminder over the top of it and link the origional one, so bids dont get deleted ect or whatever way your doing it :3

Not a problem :3 ive seen a lot of artists do that and makes it SO much easier to organise things add a comment for bids then a seperate comments for just comments in general not bidding.

My opinion is that you can't copyright a pose. You can bet that if you searched up that pose there would be thousands of posts with that pose or a similar ones there.

Jeebuz!! I remember seeing it in my inbox a while back... SMH. I actually couldn't believe how the insanity ramped up on that picture so quickly. I looked at both and they're completely different. I really guess the person came in said... 69? Sideview? The authorities MUST hear of this!!!

People generally don't understand copyright law (it's a very grey area at best) and they don't seem to understand that if you post it... It isn't copyrighted.
You can't copyright a pose. You can't copyright a color. You can't copyright a fur pattern... >.< It's insane how much the word copyright and theft is thrown around.

A quick overlay would show that these two are similar only in the fact that the woman is on top. (But isn't that how it usually goes?) The bodies aren't similar. There is no defined faces, bodies, etc.

A 69 is a 69... There is only so much you can do with it... Everyone is running out of poses and how to show things. So, a million white knights are going to go on crusades and witch hunts every other week.

I'm really sorry they're doing that to you. They don't seem to want to take anyone's testimony that they saw it earlier. It's also convenient that the only way to pull up deleted art from FA, http://vj5pbopejlhcbz4n.onion.city/fa/USERNAME, seems to be down right now. Normally you could replace USERNAME with your own and you can find the image with a timestamp. Without that, they can accuse you of anything.
