A first-person perspective of someone in sensory deprivation. They wake up and panic, unable to see or move. Struggle. Slowly realise they're enjoying it (possibly due to hypnosis in the white noise). Depending on your preference, they either don't notice they just came/ got milked, or are completely unable to.
