Bodybuilding and life
I haven't made a journal in a very very long time so forgive my bad typing. I figured i would make a simple one on a subject that I've been interested in years. Ever since i was a kid i watched this show called american gladiators on tv in the 90s it was pretty much about normal people going up against these bodybuilders to get to the goal and so i when i would watch them i would be all like wow i want to be like that someday. I know i haven't done much about it in these years of my past but i just got myself into bodybuilding for sure this time even if it takes me some years to achieve what i want. Pretty much i just got a nutritionist/bodybuilder trainer that will give me things to do, he said i do have the potential to become such if i follow the schedule and meal times. Other then that Ive been into farming and learning stuff around that area and just doing my best to live life righteously and humble as much as i can. I just want to say for those who have been with me all the way thanks for everything and all your efforts and God bless you all.

My brother just got into bodybuilding, and it's been only 6 months or so and he looks brand new. No trainers or anything wild, just taking good advice like http://www.reddit.com/r/fitness and getting a membership at a gym he likes a lot. Hope things are well.

Thanks for the link ill save it and look through it. Reason why i got someone to give me a schedule and the nutrition part was cause i wanted to be sure but not only that but this guy has trained like 17 guys to compete in this country. I found out through one of his athletes which also competes from time to time.
