Account Was Hacked - Reason For Profile Difference

My accounts and social media websites were compromised. Here is what I sent my friend to avoid typing it all out again.
I am just letting all my close twitter friends I know what happened because, everyone thinks I blocked them supposedly which wasn't the case at all. I had to make a new Twitter which is the NMEPoyu one. Anyways, I just wanted everyone to be aware that my Twitter and Facebook accounts were hacked into last night. The person who did this was my ex boyfriend. He changed all my passwords on my Twitter and Facebook, wrote harassing things on my Twitter, and also deleted all my art I had on my art websites. He also hacked my emails and attempted to take those too. Luckily i woke up at 5:30 which is not normal for me, and caught him right as everything was being changed. I already notified the FBI and am still trying to call the State Police here. Anthony is gonna be calling the Canadian Police later, he is mad as hell for all of this. My step dad also believes he got our personal information because I got a notification from my bank stating that my bank account was trying to be used. I will send the screenshots so i can clear it up with everyone. I just wanted to let my friends know..
So if you see no journals or art on my FA, that is why. If anyone can help me get my stuff back, that would be great. And I mean it as help get my art and Twitter back.

If so, they normally send you emails about your password changes and other such things.
If so, then if should say something like "Did you do this?" Or "Was this not right?"
Something that kinda says are you sure YOU changed it.

I think the best way to find art that you haven't saved, is by typing into your name in the search bar, that's how I find new Neblixes when people don't inform me, it's a good feeling that others have posted up your art so you can just save it all over again.
It's so simple and it's probably shit advice because I honestly have no other idea to give you, sorry.
But it's the best you can do for art wise.
Maybe you can find your deleted images in his computer? Because I know that computer techs can do all sorts of awesome stuff finding lost things.
This is going to sound real horrible of me and im sorry if it does but does this mean all the art of my Vixen is gone? ;-;
