If you actually had something in mind you might like to commission toss me a note, as mentioned I need to get off my ass and back to work. I do have quite a thing for asphyxiation, I just tend to tone things down when posting here.

I tend not to tone things down when posting here. If someone doesn't like it that's their problem.

Easier for you to do, I worry about scaring off folks who might potentially want to commission me if I am putting a bunch of more brutal stuff up.

I've always liked your harder styled stuff, biting and tearing. Some explicitly squeezy throat bites, perhaps?

I do love throat and muzzle biting quite a bit, one of my favorite things when it comes to the dance between a predator and prey. Hard vore is still one of those things I am just never happy with when I try to draw it, well more so than usual. But its something I want to get better with.

More than once I've seen artists return from hiatus because they needed the money, then struggle to get anything done. Makes me hesitant to sign up for commissions in those circumstances.

If you just want suggestions from the audience though, my vote goes for soft vore with hooved ladies becoming snacks.

I know I am guilty of that as much as anyone is, but that is also kinda the point to this journal, it needs to stop for me. Art is the only thing I do to make money for myself and I cannot keep slacking off like I do, so its either a matter of rein this nonsense in or admit defeat and walk away for good, if I cannot make the money I need with art then it is simply not viable to keep kidding myself that I am an artist.

I am admittedly curious why you are hesitant though, is it merely you do not want to deal with disappointment if I do not draw what you want? I do not take any payment up front, I only ask for it once I have a sketch ready to ink/finish.

And hoofed things remain a favorite of mine, girls in particular with the odd buck boy or such, so assuming I can get to work there will be plenty of that around.

It's a combination of two things. First is a few bad experiences in the past with payment in advance, where art got delayed for many months then done in a half-arsed rush. The other thing is just wanting to see recent examples of similar work to get a better idea of what's on offer.

None of this is a dealbreaker, I'm not trying to lay out absolute requirements or anything like that, just factors in the decision making process.

Well one would hope I have only gotten better in my absence, I have continued to draw, just all sketching these days, I want to change how I finish art up and really cannot seem to settle on specifics. So just going to stick with what works for now.

And your logic is sound, I wish I had more to share, I really should finish up some of my better sketches for that purpose but I am one of those self hating artists. So if I wait, I end up just picking at the flaws in a sketch and coming to hate it.

You already know I love your vore and post-snuff vore... and all your snuff stuff in general :D

I am not very professional and I hate the business side of art, a good rule of thumb is I generally ask about $21 US per character, maybe more if things are complicated, I tried to base this on an hourly rate of about $10 an hour since I am not as quick as I would like to. I probably should be charging more considering how much time and effort I put into things, but eh, I don't want to drive people away.

You know I'm all in for this, still would love to see the Styx and Fumei tug of war on my drake in all it's glory! :D

I really don't think I can do that proper justice until I can get a better grasp on working in color :P So I would still prefer to keep it on the back burner if you had anything else in mind.

Hrm, any interest in something with Styx digesting Karty or part of him within her? I always dug the sight of characters turning to bone within translucent goops.

Sure, though I would probably put more work into it that is needed since I would want to cover all the detail, might be a bit more costly than my normal $21 per character though I wont know for sure until I get to work on it. Toss me a note when you settle on all the details you want to see included and what I have free reign over.

I'd be interested, I think you did some of the best creative coiling with all of Smucker's art last time.
