Came across something quite unusual this friday: A japanese animation-studio is currently working on an 3d-animated anime series based on a manga called "Cat Shit One" which was initially set during the vietnamese war.
To me, the trailer looks a bit like "Black Hawk Down" combined with all sorts cute animals as characters - killing each other. You can check it out on youtube:

I don't wanna spark off a discussion about the obvious references to the war in Iraq here - just thought some of you might find that interesting... ;)
