Finally, some good news: last friday I got rid of my previous, terrible internet provider and received at home the tech support from another company, who installed a brand new wi-fi modem. With that I can have a sigh of relief, since it was really annoying being unable to contact friends and customers online for almost 15 days.
Still I'd ask for them a little more patience to get proper replies. I'm still giving priority to finish pending works while I'm slowly replying accumulated messages & emails over the last days.

Por conta disso ainda não pude cancelar o serviço antigo. Vou mandar um email para eles e ir a uma loja pedir o cancelamento pessoalmente.
