A good amount of people get eaten alive. I know that's a given, but is there anything specific about that that's disturbing to you?

Well basically that, I know theres probably not too much gore but I still find it worring when people are eaten alive... Mostly the scenes where people are hiding and get found too

Well I'll try not to spoil anything but (You have been warned that minor spoilers do lie ahead) the first two deaths are probably the most graphic of the movie. When the Indominus Rex (The new dino) grabs it's first victim, you might want to close your eyes. Though partially hidden by trees, you do see him get chewed a couple times. The second victim is less graphic, but still a bit...bad. But you have plenty of time to close your eyes. You know when he is going to die, and so does he.

Not a problem. I was a little paranoid going into the movie myself, but it was rated Pg13 so I knew there wouldn't be much gore. There are a few jumpscares though. So if things get quiet in a tense situation, you know it's coming.
