I'm about to kill my win8 laptop and install ubuntu on it because I can't get XP and at least ubuntu is free and community supported. I just can't get used to 8 at all.

But before I do I want to find a decent mud program for getting onto tapestries and furrymuck. So far I've been using simplemu and the closest thing I can find that I like is either gnome-mud or mudlet.

Does anyone have other suggestions?
