A lil sadness for the day to come. My birthday...it's not what you think, I celebrate the wisdom I have gain thru this year it's just sorrow I feel without having my mother to share it with me. It was our day...our birthday, how many people can say I was born on my mother's birthday. Use to joke that it could never top my first bday gift to her (myself). Cheesey I know but it always made her laugh. I miss her laughter. So another year gone by and eve through she is not around to see the woman and mother I have become I see her live on thru my son...his bright eyes, smiles and yes his laughter so much like my mother's.
