Considering creating a new account

I've been toying with the idea of creating a new account and basically abandoning this one. :0 I'm tired of the generic username (why did I add "666" to the end? seriously) and I'd rather have something with a bit more appeal. The problem is that all of my artwork and watchers are tied to this account... I don't intend to reupload everything to the new account, and I'm sure many of my watchers wouldn't end up following me over. Which means I'd basically be starting anew.
Good idea or bad idea? I'm kinda on the fence.
In other news, I've been quite busy during the past several months, which is why my online activity has all but ceased. I landed a summer internship with a prominent engineering company and I only have one semester of university left before I graduate. So things are looking up! I'm going to have much more free time for artwork in the future now that I'm not bogged down with a full-time school schedule. :D
So new account or not, I plan to be much more active on here. And I'm also going to start updating the following accounts regularly -- if you're not watching me there, go do it! I'll give you a cookie!

And leave a link on your profile to the other account too. And have 'moved' written on your avatar.
And posting a submission sounds like a good idea. Maybe I'll keep posting a "MOVED" picture every once in a while so it keeps popping up in people's inboxes. :P
BTW I missed you! Seems like forever...though it's probably mostly my fault for not being active on FA.
The good thing is that my desired username would be similar to my current one, so people wouldn't get too confused by the change. But how many would even notice I moved? >__> Considering that I've had this account for 7 years, I'm sure I'd lose many watchers simply because they no longer use the site, or at least they don't check it regularly.
But I do plan to post regularly on the new account, so maybe I'll gain enough watchers to make up for it? :P Who knows. Overall, I'm leaning toward moving accounts just because I think I need a change. This account has suffered from neglect and I've really started to dislike the username. If only FA had an option to switch accounts without making a new one, like y'know... every other art website ever. :<
