Feeling pretty good at the moment, I just signed all the paperwork and handed over the downpayments for an apartment in Vancouver that I'm buying. I've been through many huge steps in my life, but this one feels pret-ty big too, that's for sure! It's not even built yet, but when it is, it's gonna be great. Stoked~

Now I just have to address the incomprehensibly large amount of work that I have to get done over the next few months =p sorry to everyone that I haven't been able to chat to much, lately. Just so many things going on. I appreciate your patience~
