I will only start working on your commission after the full payment was received.
I will send sketch and progress shots before finishing your artwork if you want.

You will receive the full resolution original ..JPG or .PNG file after I finish it

If you comission me you have all right to do what you want with that artwork, but please never remove my watermark. You have also the right to sell it as "I sell my character with artwork" but you DON'T have the right to make commercial business with it (print and sell it etc.) Also the other people who are on the artwork have this rights. And everytime tag me and/or my side as creator!

Terms of service

Payment in EURO (€) only.
I can't offer refunds after a work on a piece has started.

You get a sketch before I finished it, so if you want to change anything say it then not after!
I'm not obliged to change something in the piece if you have already given me permission to proceed, or when a mistake was on the commissioner's part.
If you only want changing for example the background colour its ok.

I will charge an extra of minimum +5€ for any changes after the work declared was finished.
I hold the right to refuse my services to anything or anyone I don't feel comfortable with.


My things

♡ If you want to draw one of my Characters please ask before. As gift you don't have to, but NEVER draw my characters in Adult rated pictures! NO BITS! If you want to, please ask before!
♡ I hold the rights of all images produced by me, allowing me to distribute, and draw in my Gallery's.
♡ I NEVER use comissions as commercial business only if you allow these by comission me, or you oder a comission with a character of a movie, serie etc. only

Auctions

SB= Stardbid
Mi= Minimum bid increment
AB= Autobuy

♡ I never made YCH with "over __€ flat color // over __€ full color" my YCH are ALWAYS full color
♡ Only bid if you have the money
♡ No delays
♡ Only bids under the last bid be valid

I made three types of YCH:
♡ Normal YCH: Time limited with bids. Limited number of pieces (most often once)
♡ Permanent YCH: Works with slots and no bids, I can change all you want
or
♡ First come first save, no bids - fix price the first who comments claims it (most limited to once)

I will contact the winner/s after an auction ends.

ART TRADE RULES

♡ Both of us get the Artwork with normal watermark (not the big deviant one) You can use a big watermark for posting but I want one without such a big one. If I repost it anywhere I would use the one with big watermark too if you want it.
♡ You and I have the rights to reupload the artwork. Why? Because its my and your oc on the artwork. But only with credit
♡ If you want to use bases say this BEFORE
♡ No adult content! No bits!

If you dont agree with that we dont make a trade!

Adopts

If you won or buy one of my adopts:
You have all right to do what you want with that artwork, but please never remove my watermark. You have also the right to sell it as "I sell my character with artwork" but you DON'T have the right to make commercial business with it (print and sell it etc.)
You can post my art on websites etc. but only with a link back to my profile or the artwork link as designer and artist
Please dont remove my watermark.

If you sell my adopts:
if you only sell this single Artwork Please for the same price or lower. If you sellt it with more then my artwork then this rule is no longer valid.
You dont need to ask me if you can sell it. But it would be nice to know the new owner so I can write it in the description. (No need to do that)

What you allowed to do with my artwork

Commissioner or Character on the artwork:

♡ Give credit anytime if you repost it anywhere
♡ Yes you can sell the commission if you sell your OC or Fursona "I sell my character with artwork"
♡ Dont make commercial business with it (print and sell it etc.)
♡ Also the other people who are on the artwork have this rights. And everytime tag me and/or my site as creator!

All persons Commissioner AND Random people:
Reupload like on Facebook groups are allowed but only with link back to my profile!
Dont claim it as yours!
Dont remove my watermark!

Other random people:
♡ Dont use my artwork for profile pictures and/or banners!
♡ Reupload like on Facebook groups are allowed but only with link back to my profile!
♡ Dont post my artwork in your gallery!
♡ Never remove my Watermark!
♡ Never edit my artworks!
♡ Dont use my artwork for making BASES out of it!
♡ Dont use my artwork for recolour things!

Where do you not allowed to repost my artwork (except the commissioner)
If you are not the commissioner you are not allowed to repost it in any of your gallery!
You can repost it with credit in groups like facebook or twitter.

If you are the commissioner you can post it in your gallery but with credit.
