Im thinking of doing a premade head auction, what are yours guys thoughts on this? How likely are you to buy a premade head? Do you know many people that might?
Would it be more preferred to just do a premade foam base, and have the winner choose the colors and designs?

If I were to do this would you prefer a design made by me, a preexisting character like a pokemon, digimon, ect, OR to have a design contest with a design made by one of you?
If I were to do the design contest the wining designer would get a cut of the final winning bid! Im thinking 14%. If the head sells at $250, you would make $35usd !!
And as the designer you are able to bid on the head too, and you would win it for 14% off!

I would start the auction at $100 (that wouldnt even cover material costs!), with a min bid increase of $5
and ide be up for making hand paws/arms and tail to match the head if the winner so chooses, for an extra cost (as commission), price would be by quote
