FurAffinity: From art gallery to porn site ...

... sorry if you expected a full history of this page ... I don't think I am the right person to ask about that. But I have a certain feeling that this website just went over the edge from an art gallery to an outright porn site. Especially the adverts placed by IMVU kinda leave that impression for me.
I started posting my photos and stuff here about 4 years ago and so far I had no big problem with that. But recently I feel more and more uncomfortable with posting my works here. I don't do any mature or adult stuff and I don't really want my photos to appear in any strong porn context.
So right now I will stay away from posting any new photos or commissioned artwork on FurAffinity.
I will observe how this site and community develop in the future and if things get worse I would not hesitate to also delete my old submissions to avoid my works being shown in this context. I will not leave FurAffinity itself so you can still contact me here.

I am not sure what Neer and the staff thought it was a good idea to let mature ads via google be allowed when they wont let FA artist to have mature ads.
And I would also guess that the Google ads are ordered in by IMVU and not Neer ... I don't think he can do much against it since he doesn't own FA any more
Normally ads are personalized and depend on what you're doing on the internet.
I only get normals ads on FA, so I don't have any problems. o.รด
The ones by FA (on the top right and bottom) are normal FA-ads as always.
