So after chatting with a fellow FA User I just found out Raichu's can mega evolve ( i only played gneeration 1).

I think i just imagined a great scenario for Cocoa ^_-

raichu's cant mega evolve at the moment cheese though it would be nice or there is some information that has been leaked

I heard that there was a rare undiscovered stone that makes raichus take a mega evolution form that is shocking beyond comparison but im sure its just wild rumour. Besides, even if such as rare stone did excist the chances of Cocoa coming into the chance of using it are so very slim right?
