It's very simple. Comment below. Tell me why you believe you're the next featured villain. Post a link to at least one piece of art or story of you doing something evil.
Edit: No sexual torture or rape.

In being a Supervillain you often encounter a few snags in your plans, you know...since Superheroes have a tendency to meddle.

Sometimes you don't win 'em but a little brooding and plotting under dim lighting can fix that...Then you get a few evil schemes in mind and skrawl 'em down.

Eventually, if you persist for long enough, success follows.

Once you have the pests-er, Superheroes in their place, monologue them. Monologue the ever-loving daylights out of them. That's how a Supervillain gets the job done!
They say it's never safe to travel alone in the unknown darkness... But in this case, even traveling with another person isn't enough.

Thrax is a dragon that feeds off of fear and the mental instability of others. The more you fear this beast, the bigger and more powerful he becomes. His scales are shining platinum, which often lures in others to gaze at him. He shines brightly in the light, but can vanish into the darkness and remain silent dispite his size. This is a beast that lures others in with his appearance, and once he has them close enough... well, that's all up to Thrax to decide.

He's got powers that can bend the minds and wills of those around him. A simple gaze into his eyes can bring upon the most unsettling doom imaginable.
Mortals should beware. If one person fears him, his name will spread like a wild fire, and soon, mass mayhem will ensue, feeding this dragon and granting him cataclysmic power.

He can grow to unimaginable heights given his influence over the masses.

The only way to avoid him is not think about him. Once he's in your mind, you're doomed to suffer an unimaginably terrifying death. Try as you might to push him from your mind, but once you've thought of him, he's anchored in your subconscious for good, and there's just no way of escaping him... besides death or amnesia.
For those that know of this dragon... Some worship him, and they're wise to do so. Thrax won't kill his followers... but that doesn't mean he won't torment them either.
Most fear him, and rightfully so... Once they've met Thrax's gaze, their lives are no longer in their own hands, but rather, this monsters.
The being I offer to you know approaches the same conundrum from the very opposite perspective. Is it possible to take the sadistic desire, cruel, terrible lust, and godlike power with which he could slaughter millions... and bend every scrap of it, power, genius intellect, and dreadful passion alike, into the single goal of causing as much pain and despair for one person.
That person is Alexander Williams, an arctic fox who will spend the rest of his life in terror. The being who tortures him, kills him, returns him to life again and kills him once more... he calls himself Damian.

"Hello, Alex.
Damian is a Mathraxian gryphon, fully thirteen feet tall and considerably longer, a vast, vast size which seems impossibly massive to those he comes close to. His feathers are inky black and as soft and welcoming as death itself, and his eyes of molten gold burn with more brilliant sadistic intelligence than any mortal creature could possibly possess.
The world he resides in is not his world. Damian is an interdimensional refugee, ripped from his home universe by an unknowable entity and into this one. The crossing of the Void tore his body and soul apart and reforged them in an eternity of agony beyond agonies. When finally he was spat out into this new world, he had no family, no understanding of his purpose, and no instructions. But none were needed. Damian craves suffering like a dying man craves water, seeing the blood rushing beneath his victim's face with every breath they whimper. He is a sadist beyond words, obsessed to an incredible degree with the total domination and destruction of one life, one person, one sweet little soul alone... Alex's.

Damian has lived for eight hundred years, spending every moment of it stalking or torturing and killing his quarry... one preything at a time, but never has the desire to crush and kill been so strong as it has with this poor fox. Upon his first, terrifying death, Alex found himself instead resurrected, his soul held back from the brink of oblivion, simply so that Damian could relive the experience once again.

And again.
http://www.furaffinity.net/view/14869496/
And it will be again and again until Damian's little one has nothing left, his soul so broken and shattered that it literally falls to pieces and dissipates under the sheer weight of his master's cruelty. Only then, only when he has taken everything, will the gryphon finally be satisfied.
Damian's strange, otherworldly nature gives him abilities beyond those of his victim. Even for his great size, he is colossally strong, and can move blurringly fast and regenerate injuries effortlessly. His mind, however, is his deadliest weapon, a genius engine of telepathic power which can examine a soul like a blossoming flower, tend to it as easily as soft clay, or snuff it out like a candle flame. He is a god made manifest, a god with only one worshipper and a thousand ways to punish him.
And yet this god cannot rest easy. The world Damian finds himself in is troubled. Others like him stalk the lands, and wheels thousands of years old have begun to turn. With his little one endangered by the actions of strange creatures whose minds Damian cannot even sense, let alone read, and the globe-spanning civilisation beginning to tear itself apart, the gryphon is being forced to find the unlikeliest of allies: his own long-suffering fox.

"You don’t need to say anything for me to hear. I can read every thought you’ve ever had. I know what you’re thinking for every second of your life – and I know what runs beneath the surface, what glimmers darkly in the depths of your subconscious and your memory, what you don’t even know you’re thinking. I know everything, everything about you. You can’t hide, little one. You can’t run, either. I am yours, and you are mine. Forever.
