Villain of the Season (Summer 2016)

Hi everybody. Your master Jimbear is here. :) So, real life has been quite busy over the past year or so for me, and it seems my villains of the month last longer than a month quite a bit. I figured the best solution would be to change the system to Villain of the Season! SO, who wants to be this Summer's featured villain? ;) Comment below with the reasons why you think you should be this Summer's featured villain.
The one who is picked should have at least one piece of art ready for me to consider reposting here. :) (If a different artist made it, make sure you secure permission for me to repost it.) The deadline is June 20th!
(Small Edit: I forgot to remind people about the "no yiff" policy. General and Mature is fine, and general violent mayhem is encouraged, haha, but this group caters to more than just the 18+ crowd.)

I especially like peoples chained to my operation table, crying and screaming of pain and fear when my chainsaw cut them, or when i cut their eyes with scalpels.
