Leafstrike’s Story
(Special edition chapter)
Coal’s POV
It’s been about a week since I joined up with Leafstrike and Driftstorm. Driftstorm was super nice, but Leafstrike I knew next to nothing about him besides the fact he cries himself to sleep and acts tough around others. I plan on asking why Leafstrike is the way he is today. It’s probably got something to do with his childhood.
Leafstrike’s POV
I glared at the stupid city cat. He walked over to me. “Hey I wanna ask you something?” he asked me. “What!?” I snarled at him. He flinched when I barked at him. “Well….I wanted to know what’s wrong with you I mean like why are this way?” he asked me. I sighed I didn’t want to answer him but I’ve never told anyone why I betrayed Lunarclan and murdered my sister so I wanted to get it off my chest. “Well when I was a kit living in the forest my father and mom were always there for me. I loved my father and mom but most of all I loved my sister. I threatened a guy who started to like date her if he hurt her I would cut off his dick..” I smiled and laughed remembering Blackkit and my sister becoming an item. “Well a few moons later my dad got together with another she-cat. They had kits…..and he…ignored me. I felt lonely and hurt. It messed me up cause I wanted my father to love me and always be there for me. When I heard about another clan across the river I had a dream and I was contacted by a cat from the dark forest. His name was Solar. I thought he was cool and I actually for a bit viewed him as a father until he died for good. I wanted to rebel against my father thinking that would get his attention and love me again. So I left my clan and joined the other clan. When my sister and some other cats found me and called me a traitor I felt hurt and enraged. I didn’t really believe I was betraying them. I flew into a blind rage and murdered my own…..sister. Ever since that day I haven’t been the same and every night I cry remembering her little body being mangled by my claws and it breaks my heart even more than it already is. I never really wanted to kill I loved her. So that’s my deal hopefully you don’t think I’m pathetic.” I looked up at Coal and saw Driftstorm sitting right beside him. ‘Shit.’ “Omfg dude I didn’t know why didn’t you ever tell me.” Driftstorm said looking at me. “Shut up I’m going to sleep.” I said curling up.
