Okay, there are three major characters I need in my little character world. I'm having issues coming up with a good design, so... Contest it is!

Characters I need?:

Spoiled Bunny Girl Heiress:
Needs to be petite and very, very short, like 4'9"-4'11" at the tallest
She's an heiress so she's from good breeding
I'd prefer unusual eye colors
Accessories are welcome
She's temperamental and very self entitled

Feral Dragon:
Must be male
Can be portrayed as a baby dragon in the entry
I'm making the counterpart for whoever/whichever dragon design wins, but two personalities to choose from: dominant and sly and sarcastic OR reserved, soft hearted, and a bit shy
Metallic or DnD inspired dragons more than welcome

Neko Boy:
Prefer a lean or feminine body
Unusual eyes and unique ear and tail pattern preferred
Bonus points if cute outfit is designed for him
Lengthy but not long hair preferred

Rules!:
Bases ARE allowed
Written descriptions ARE allowed, but please be very detailed and understand that a visual representation entry is more likely to win
Written descriptions may link the exact pallet they are talking about, but please be specific ("the darker but not darkest pink" doesn't help me very much if the pallet has 4+ pinks in it)
Enter as many times as you'd like for each design, but please don't make them really similar to each other (I promise a change in hair, eye, or marking color will not make the difference in you winning)
I MAY change certain small details and/or make my own ref sheet of the winning design; please do not be offended if I do so! If you win, I obviously like your design! I just may tweak it a little (adjusting shades, adding a beauty or birthmark, changing length of hair, etc. nothing major)
Further down the line the character's design may evolve. Please don't be offended. Over time I and the character will both grow and change.
After entering, please do not change your mind and decide to keep the design, especially if I announce you as the winner.
The WINNING designs will then belong to ME. All others you can do with as you please.
