Help Coloring on Sai

Anyone have any videos or picture that can help walk me through the coloring process on Sai?
When I do it my way it takes an extremely long time and I can't seem to find any good videos on Youtube.

I actually use Fire Alpaca cause I find it a bit easier, but yeah I'm still having the same issue.
