I can download pictures from here on my tablet. If you got a computer phone,I don't see why not. You could try pressing on the picture and hold to see if something pops up. It works this way with my device. ^W^ WOOF!

To get the picture on your home page. First get the art in your computer phone's files. Then hit submit on your page. Follow through the steps and upload from your device. ^W^
