you have to port forward your router for port 9001 to your computers internal IP address (the one that OC says when you try to host). Then host and go to www.whatismyip.com to get your external IP address, then give that address to whoever you wanna OC with.

Other people use hamachi, which I hate. But some people like it.

Your other option is to have someone who's configured correctly host it.
