If you click on the link, I believe it downloads a file which takes over your skype and watches your machine. I don't believe that file can self run, however, it might be a screensaver file which has an exploit that lets you infect a computer when you simply look at the file. Thumbnail virus. You need to make sure your computer is clean.

The alternate method is that you gave someone your password somehow, by logging into a fake skype.com or something.
