His comic with Reshiram and Zekrom have text in Japanese in the author's/artist's comment so that you can translate to english to understand the comic better.

I think he means he's added text of what the characters are saying in the description of that recent comic he posted. It's still in kanji but now you can copy-paste that into a translator to figure out what they're saying.
