*Refund Policy*
- A full refund can ONLY be issued before the sketch is completed.
- After the sketch process is complete, and before the full image is complete, you may claim a partial if not half refund
- Once your image is complete you WILL NOT receive a refund.

- Once the sketch is approved you will have no right to any changes on your commission. (This includes but is not limited too character changes, major or minor changes, or background changes.)
- Please do not pester me about commissions, especially when it will be done. Unless you gave me a certain date it should be finished in no more 2 weeks! BUTT!' A commission can take me up to 6 months to finish depending on what's going on in my life at the moment!
- If there will be a delay in the finishing of your art I WILL NOTIFY YOU! Or post it in a journal.
-I SHIP IN BULK! Therefore meaning that I do not ship out your commission one by one. This means it could take a month, two months, three even to get your packaged shipped out. It's easier on me, it's easier to keep track of and it keeps the shipping cost to you cheaper then it would if I shipped it one by one. You don't want to have to pay $11 for shipping one small badge do you? I wouldn't either. By me shipping in bulk it lessens your price because I get a discount at my postal office if I ship 10+ items at once. THIS MEANING!!!! It can take up to 6 months to get your badge out to you. Please be respectful.
- You may not in any way commission an artist to edit my work.
- My payment method requires the following: You MUST click "no shipping required" and you must include your username (and nothing else) in the note at the end of payment.

I'm sorry if this happens. But there is nothing I can do! You shipped it through snail mail at your own risk. I cannot start on your piece without the money. No I will not give you a free piece because money got lost.
WHEN SHIPPING SNAIL MAIL!!! Make sure the money is wrapped in a card, paper, drawing, covered by cardboard, CANNOT BE SEEN AT ALL!! Before shipping. People steal, a lot, sadly, if they see money they will steal it and there's nothing me or you can do about it! I'm sorry to say, you lost your money.
