I have a particular picture I wanna pitch to somebody and I'd like to know if anybody knows who I can commission. Specificly, I want to get art made of a variation of this dragon: http://img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb.....ter_dragon.png

Ever since I saw it I fell in love with its design and I would love to have a dragon character similar to it as my sona. It would be nice if I could find an artist who draws in a cartoony style, but anybody will do in retrospect.
