I have a hoopa character named Saira who is essentially regent over all of space. She is herm like Illia and can grow her cock to unfathomable scales (though definitely not to the Celebi's scale). I've been thinking about Hoopa for a bit and I've wanted to do a bit of stuff with her, seeing as how there's nowhere near enough Hoopa that I've seen for my tastes. Especially hyper Hoopas. Come on, people! It's clearly a space pokemon. How is it not filling all of space?

Anyway, I have an idea for how to make Saira's hyperness unique and that is as follows: Her cock and balls are detached from her body, much like her arms. She is able to make them float about at will, even leaving it some place to retrieve later. She can grow it to any scale from anywhere, meaning she could be halfway across the universe from her dick and make it outgrow a distant galaxy in an instant. Of course, she can also grow her own body too, but she prefers remaining small compared to her cock.

Although not as hyper as Illia, she is growing rapidly. Her size increases exponentially as space grows, so her size is always spiraling unfathomably upwards. Because she is not as powerful as Illia, she would not be able to make her cock remain small. Her minimum size would be somewhat huge, at least mountain size.
